Installation is our own staff
Engineers we employ, certified by the manufacturers they install for. Most recently, six clinics equipped on the Erbe VIO 3 platform alongside Erbe's own engineers.
We teach, and we repeat it
Clinicians and biomedical staff trained at handover, at the factory, and again as staff change. A department only one shift can operate is not commissioned.

Specification
Room layouts, shielding calculations, electrical and medical gas loads and equipment schedules, produced with your architects while the drawings can still change.
Procurement
Bought direct from the manufacturer under a distribution agreement. CE marked for the European market under EU MDR, IVDR or the applicable transitional provisions, with the technical file and authorisation letters for your tender.
Logistics
Export licensing, customs clearance and inland transport to the department door, insured and tracked to handover.
Installation
Manufacturer certified engineers install, calibrate and commission on site. Acceptance testing and commissioning physics where required, documented and signed.
Training
Clinicians and biomedical staff trained to operate the equipment and carry out first-line maintenance, on site and at the factory, with the day count written into the contract.
Service
Planned maintenance to the manufacturer's schedule, contracted response times, published spares holding, and maintenance costs quoted to year ten at tender.
The value is won or lost after handover.
Most of what a hospital pays for is delivered after the invoice is settled. This is the part of any offer worth reading closely, including ours.

To the manufacturer's schedule, with the visit calendar agreed at signature rather than negotiated after a failure.
Parts in country
A spares holding sized to the installed base and published to you as a list with values.
Contracted response
Response and repair times in hours, agreed before signature, with a defined remedy if we miss them.
Training that repeats
Staff turnover is normal. Refresher and new starter training is in the contract, not a chargeable extra.
Reported uptime
Quarterly written reporting on availability, faults and interventions, in a form your board can file.
Costs quoted up front
Annual maintenance and consumable costs for years two to ten, quoted at tender.
Equipment under a service contract is an asset. Equipment without one is a liability with a warranty that expires.

It matters which company signs. MN Medical OÜ is the trading company: it holds the manufacturer agreements and the audited balance sheet, and stands behind the warranty and the performance bond. Northpeak Medical Group Ltd, the brand used throughout this site, is its UK holding company and is currently in incorporation. Trimix Point AS is a sister company in the same group. Quality and regulatory
Documented distributor obligations under EU MDR Article 14: verification of CE marking and declarations of conformity on receipt, UDI and labelling checks, instructions for use in the language of the destination market, controlled storage and transport conditions, batch-level traceability, and complaint intake with vigilance forwarding to the manufacturer.
